Carin Sweeney is an experienced project manager with a record of client satisfaction. Carin brings with her expertise in managing government contracts, long range planning, and project execution. With 14 years of experience in Naval Engineering, Program and Project Management, Cost Estimation, Budget Planning, Maintenance Management, and Data Center Special Projects, Carin has earned a reputation of excellence.

Carin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering while attending the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. While the focus of study was engineering, the Academy provided a much more rigorous education developing discipline, drive, leadership, service to others, and teamwork. Upon graduation, she served as an Officer in the US Coast Guard across the United States, for over 13 years.
