Sherif Shehabeldin, Principal, Project Controls Lead

Mr. Shehabeldin is a Program Controls Manager with more than 25 years of experience in the construction field, specializing in program controls, planning and controls for both tender/bid and post contract projects.

Sherif has excellent communication, solid fundamentals, the ability to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, and a passion for project performance evaluation and enhancement. He is skilled in planning, scheduling, estimating and cost control, status reporting and forecasting, resource capacity planning, demand and forecast planning, and construction planning in support of strategic project management.

Sherif possesses a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and has enhanced his academic credentials with a Diploma in Project Management, along with a Professional Project Management certification. Mr. Shehabeldin leads the Project Controls team at Decima, ensuring exceptional performance and exceeding client expectations.
